This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Untrackd

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal or harmful activities
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or copy the app
  • Interfere with servers or networks connected to the Service
  • Upload malicious content or misuse tracking features

3. Outdoor Activity Disclaimer

Untrackd is a tracking and activity recording tool only. It is not a navigation, safety, or emergency system. Outdoor activities involve inherent risks. You assume full responsibility for your safety, decisions, and actions while using the Service.

4. Data and Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your login information.
